a few issues

clean roomtidy roombody hairbroken toaster
the room was clean and tidy, which i appreciated.
I found body hair attached to the complimentary mini soap under the label. It was a very unpleasant surprise. breakfast was also disappointing. The continental selection lacked cold meats and cheeses, and the toaster wasn't working properly.
